Collaborations

Gfree Bio works with universities and commercial ventures ranging in size from private start-ups to major biotechs. We have provided CADD resources for over 40 biopharmaceutical companies across the US and world.

Many of these collaborations have been critical to advancing therapeutic programs, meeting discovery milestones, and developing clinical candidates. For example:

• Modeling enabled design of significantly improved ligands, meeting a major milestone, and securing additional investment.
• Co-inventor of a clinical candidate. Currently in phase 3.
• Provided grant assistance that secured significant external funding for a novel anti-infective program.
• Helped advance multiple programs for difficult or unconventional targets.
